While those pickups are generally great, punchy, and aggressive (yeah that’s an Oxford comma – sorry not sorry), I was looking for something more vintage-y (no pun intended), yet still affordable…

The Seymour Duncan Vintage Blues Set, consisting of matched SH-1 ’59 Model™ neck & bridge pickups seemed to fit the bill, so here we are!
